Our Emergency Policy
We understand that dental emergencies are uncomfortable at best, and can be down right agonising at worst. We always endeavour to get you seen by a dentist as soon as possible, and we have daily emergency appointments available for our patients. To this effect, we have a triage system in place to help us allocate our time to those who need it most, and recommend you phone us as soon as possible on 01382 530 916 so we can advise you further.

Please note: our emergency appointments can only be booked on-the-day and are usually in the early afternoon. We may be able to offer you other short-notice appointments at alternative times of day depending on diary availability. We always advise you get in contact with us as soon as the problem arises so we have the best chance of getting you seen as soon as possible.
Our emergency slots are reserved for patients who are already registered with us and have attended at least one appointment. We are still be able to see you if you are not registered with us, but this can only be carried out under private agreement and is subject to a £62 appointment fee and the relevant private fees for any treatment carried out. Alternatively, you may register with us as a new NHS patient but must first attend a non-emergency New Patient consultation for diagnostic purposes before any treatment can be carried out.
